Energetic and dynamic flowing sequences in a safe and chilled out environment.

These classes are designed for a wide range of abilities. They're dynamic, challenging and will make you sweat. The classes are 90 minutes which include a warm-up and flowing sequence of yoga postures.

Classes information

- Suitable for most* levels

- Be prepared to sweat (bring water and towel)

- Yoga mat required (mats available to hire, £1 suggested donation)

*This challenging class can be adjusted to suit beginners, however if you are pregnant, this class can be dangerous to the health of you and your baby. If you are pregnant and wish to discuss options, please get in touch.
