Ngakma Shé-zér will lead the teaching and practice at the Lo-gSar Retreat at Lam Rim Buddhist Centre in Raglan, Wales. The weekend will include a Mountain Smoke Offering, Meditation and Yogic Song, and a Fire Ceremony along with teachings on the meaning of Lo-gSar and the forthcoming Year of the Wood Snake. All are welcome - attendees can either stay as a residential event of come to the days separately.
