Goodbye Forever Volume 2 Reading Group
Study group with Seng-ge Dorje
Class with Seng-gé Dorje
US Online only
Goodbye Forever Volume 2 is a memoir by Ngak'chang Rinpoche. Ngakpa Seng-ge Dorje will guide the group through a reading of the text which will emphasize how to practically put the teachings to use in one’s own life.
From the back cover of the book: The incognito incarnation of gTértön Aro Yeshé returns to Nepal having tried to fulfill the predictions of Kyabjé Düd’jom Rinpoche: 3 years in the 1970s’ Art School scene attempting to live as a ngakpa. He has mixed success. He visits Samye Ling in Scotland and spends intimate time with the 16th Gyalwa Karmapa - but also navigates strange encounters. He presents these errant events to Düd’jom Rinpoche: and is surpised to learn that he has acquitted himself without blame. He receives Dzogchen transmssions - some of which are recounted here in detail. He is surprisingly advised never to abandon Blues, or divide Vajrayana from the Western Arts - as he works to establish the ngak’phang tradition in the West and, somehow, find a sangyum - an ideal marital partner and practice consort. Foreword by His Eminence Trülku Ogyen Drö’drül Thrin-lé Kunkyab Rinpoche - gTértön Drukdra and Khar-trül Wangchuk Rig’dzin Rinpoche.
