Mahasiddha Karma Gyalpo

Kyabjé Künzang Dorje Rinpoche was also known as Drüpchen Karma Gyalpo (grubs chen kar ma rGysl po / གྲུབས་ཆེན་ཀར་མ་རྒྱལ་པོ་) Mahasiddha Monarch of Nondual Action. Künzang Dorje Rinpoche was one of the greatest ngakpas and yogic masters of the 20th and 21st Centuries.

In a recorded experiment by French doctors he remained underwater without air for an hour.

Kyabjé Künzang Dorje Rinpoche met Aro Lingma in vision and received the Aro gTér from her in direct revelation. He was thus one of the Lineage Heads of the Aro gTér.

Kyabjé Künzang Dorje Rinpoche recognised Ngak’chang Rinpoche as the incarnation of Aro Yeshé and as the gTértön, Zértsal Lingpa.

He and Jomo Sam‘phel Déchen Rinpoche (his Sangyum) also recognised Khandro Déchen as the incarnation of Jomo A-yé Khandro, the sangyum of Aro Yeshé.

He supported Kyabjé Düd’jom Rinpoche Jig’drèl Yeshé Dorje’s encouragement of Ngak’chang Rinpoche and Khandro Déchen to establish the tradition of ngakpas and ngakmas in the West.
