Aro gZa’ Druk-tsal Shèldrakma (A ro gZa’ rTsal shel brag ma / ཨ་རོ་གཟའ་བྲུག་རྩལ་ཤེལ་བྲག་མ་) was a female disciple of Guru Rinpoche and Yeshé Tsogyel. She was one of the 25 direct disciples of Yeshé Tsogyel.

Aro gZa’ Druk-tsal Shèldrakma was the incarnation of Mahasiddha Manibhadra (grub chen ma ni bha dra / གྲུབ་ཆེན་མ་ཎི་བྷ་དྲཱ། / 8th Century AD) whose sobriquet was ‘the perfect housewife’.

Aro gZa’ Druk-tsal Shèldrakma was the previous incarnation of ‘a-Shül Pema Legden — who took incarnation as gTértön Aro Yeshé, the son of Khyungchen Aro Lingma.
