Talk with Shardröl Du-nyam Wangmo

Ngakma-la will present a view of the nine yanas (or vehicles) from the Perspective of Dzogchen (Ati-yoga) in which the Buddhist vehicles are divided into Sutra, Tantra & Dzogchen. From this view the yanas are seen as methods to realize one's inherent buddha nature (rigpa, non-dual awareness).

Ngakma-la will also give a brief introduction on the first two of the four naljors; shi-nè & lhatong as methods of meditation practice. The four naljors are the ngöndro or preparation for Dzogchen Sem-dé.
