This seven week course is intended for those who are new to meditation, or those who wish to explore the meditation practices of the Buddhist Dzogchen tradition.
Meditation helps you lead a calm and happy life and deal with difficult emotions without suppressing or rejecting them. The Roaring Silence course introduces you to techniques which give profound insight into the nature of Mind and reveal habitual coping strategies. The course provides a series of supports to help with states of anxiety, agitation and dullness that you may encounter.
Each session includes written material you can take away and use in your personal practice, including descriptions of each of the practices and associated supports you will be taught throughout the course.
Participants of this course gain free entry to the public event Dream yoga; the art and science of perception with visiting Lama, Ngala Nor'dzin Pamo on Tuesday February 26th.
7.00pm - 8.30pm on Tuesday evenings. Course starts 22nd January and ends 4th March.
