'Dzogchen is the vastness of each moment'
The Four Naljors of Dzogchen Sem-dé are “the four methods of remaining in the natural state.” They represent an approach to silent sitting meditation practice from the perspective of the Dzogchen tradition. This perspective is both practical and vast. Dzogchen means discovering the unfabricated enlightened nature of mind, from which we have never been separated.
We will read and discuss the book - Roaring Silence -
A practical guide to the Tibetan Buddhist tradition of Dzogchen— or the direct experience of enlightenment—complete with meditation techniques by Ngakpa Chogyam aka Ngak'chang Rinpoche and Khandro Déchen - Vajrayana teachers.
