A four week practical course introducing silent sitting meditation from Dzogchen. Periods of sitting will be interspersed with meditation instruction and support practices. The sessions will be suitable for both those new to meditation and for seasoned sitters looking to reinvigorate their practice life.
There will be time for tea and questions at the end, possibly even a biscuit.
