Meditation group with Mé-tsal Wangmo & Ja'gyür Dorje

aro-ling-shrine

Dzogchen is profound – yet simple and immediate, and is unique in dealing with the experience of being human at the most essential level of perception. Lack of presence and awareness mean that we miss most of what life has to offer – the raw texture of experience as it is. How exciting and refreshing would it be to see, hear, and feel the world without our habitual thought patterns and reactions getting in the way? The primary purpose of these Dzogchen meditation methods is to gain an experiential understanding of the nature of thought, awareness, and their relationship with reality. On that basis we can free ourselves from destructive personal habits and find increased clarity, creative energy, calmness, cheerfulness and enjoyment of life.

Each session will involve a short explanation of method, silent sitting practice, and the chance to ask questions at the end. Suitable for all levels of meditation experience.
