Talk with Nor’dzin Pamo & Rin’dzin Pamo

Lama Nor'dzin Pamo will teach on the Dzogchen practice of Dream Yoga (Milam) The practices of dream yoga, clear light and illusory wakefulness allow access to ‘lucid dreams’ in which you can become aware you are dreaming. These practices from the ancient lamas of Tibet are techniques for finding self-luminous awareness in every moment of the day and night – whatever your state of consciousness. They free you from the conceptual limitations of time and space and take you beyond the frontier of conventional human experience.

This public teaching also forms the penultimate week of the Roaring Silence course. The seven week course is intended for those who are new to meditation, or those who wish to explore the meditation practises of the Buddhist Dzogchen tradition. It takes place on Tuesday evenings, starting 22nd January and ending 4th March. You can find out more about it by looking at the event listings for the other weeks.

You do not have to pre-book on the Roaring Silence course in order to attend this event; the teaching is relevant to the course content but can be attended by anyone on the night. However, course participants will be given priority bookings and free entry so call in advance to be sure of a place.
