This teaching will cover all aspects of how to perform the Aro Ribo bSangs mChod at home. Attendees will learn optimum times to perform the practice, what practice accoutrements one might use, and the phases of the practice. All apprentices are welcome to attend with the goal that each one should know enough about the practice to leave and engage in it on one's own.
Attendees will receive the most recent copy of the practice text.
