Born in Full Flight (forthcoming)

The book is being compiled by Naljorpa Druk-tsal Dorje and edited by Ngakpa 'ö-Dzin Tridral the lineage historian, with colour plates by David Herrerías. It will be published by Aro Books worldwide.

The book ‘Born in Full Flight’ will trace the lineage back to the period of Guru Rinpoche and Yeshé Tsogyel — and conclude with an account of the lineage in the current era with Ngak’chang Rinpoche reconnecting with ‘Khordong gTérchen Tulku Chhi’mèd Rig’dzin Rinpoche — the incarnation of Khalden Lingpa — the Tsawa’i Lama of ‘a-Shül Pema Legden — the previous incarnation of gTértön Aro Yeshé. The book will also describe Ngak’chang Rinpoche’s meeting with Kyabjé Düd’jom Rinpoche Jig’drèl Yeshé Dorje — and subsequently Kyabjé Düd’jom Rinpoche Ten’dzin Yeshé Dorje and Kyabjé Düd’jom Rinpoche - Sang-gyé Pema Shépa.

The incarnation line of Khandro Déchen Tsédrüp Rolpa’i Yeshé will also be described and detailed from her first incarnation as Mélong gZa Rinchen Tso.

‘Born in Full Flight’ will provide insights into the gö kar chang lo’ dé (gos dKar lCang lo’i sDe / གོས་དཀར་ལྕང་ལོའི་སྡེ་།) the non-celibate ordained assembly founded in the Himalayan counties by Guru Rinpoche and Yeshé Tsogyel.

The title relates to Khyungchen Aro Lingma the female gTértön who discovered the Aro gTér. The name mends Great Garuda who Tastes the Prinordial ཨ. The Garuda—or Khyung—is spontaneously born in full flight; just as nondual awareness in born in beginninglessness.
