The practice of yogic song from the Aro tradition of Vajrayana functions through our essential energy to re-establish our innate vitality. As well as being a joyful part of a rich tradition, singing is an advanced yogic technique which uses the breath to galvanise the subtle body.
A day exploring the practice of yogic song and an opportunity to learn a number of vajra melodies, come and discover the subtle resonances of the dimension of sound as a method of establishing presence of awareness.
