A 5 week course looking at what might motivate us to practise meditation and why we might bother with Buddhism. The course will look at the emotional and psychological patterning that dominates our lives creating the seemingly endless cycle of dissatisfaction in which we imprison ourselves, and how meditation practice might provide the way out.
