Wearing the Body of Visions is a complete seven-session meditation course open to everyone. The course is led by ordained practitioners from the Dzogchen Buddhist Aro Tradition. You will be introduced to the principles of Buddhist Tantra, which you will find compliment the formless silent sitting meditation techniques taught on Course One, Roaring Silence. It is not necessary to have attended one of our other courses before coming on this one.

The course commences with a revision of silent sitting meditation techniques, and then proceeds to introduce elements of Tantric visualisation, and sung mantra.

The course will include an Empowerment Ceremony (dBang) given by Lamas Nor'dzin and 'ö-Dzin, two teachers from our tradition, who will give empowerment into the practices Padmasambhava and Yeshé Tsogyel - the male and female Tantric Buddhas.

Each session includes written material for you to take away and utilise in your personal practice, including descriptions of everything you will be taught during the seven weeks.

Tuesday evenings, 7.30pm to 9.00pm, The course commences on 8th May, and concludes on 19th June.
