To receive empowerment is to be given an opportunity to meet the awareness-being face to face, and experience Enlightened Mind. Ngala Nor'dzin and Ngala 'ö-Dzin will talk about the nature of transmission and the ritual of empowerment. The evening will include an empowerment ceremony for the practices of Padmasambhava and Yeshé Tsogyel, the Tantric Buddhas.
