The Nyida Mélong teachings speak of the intrinsically enlightened nature of romance. In relationship, we reflect each other's innermost nature. The paradox and passion of romantic love provide unmatched opportunities for both neurotic misery and ecstatic enlightenment.
Ngala Nor'dzin and Ngala 'ö-Dzin are a married teaching couple, and have a wealth of experience of engaging with loving relationship as spiritual practice. The day will also include sessions of meditation practice and yogic song.
