Ceremony with Shé-zér Khandro & Namgyal Dorje

aro-ling-shrine

Aro Ling is delighted to hold our first Tsok Feast - open to all.

Tsok - a celebration of food, meditation, music and dance. All sense fields are employed during and the ceremony is an opportunity to let go of all neurotic patterning.

Practitioners take this opportunity to arise in the moment as the yidam – to renew all vows and realise one’s beginningless enlightened nature in the company of fellow practitioners. During tsog khorlo every practitioner fully experiences one another as enlightened beings and delights in that experience.

If you are interested in particpating in the tsok feast but have never attended one before we reccommend you attend the day of teachings before the ceremony.

Saturday April 30th 3pm - please arrive at 2.30pm for preparation of the feast.
