Practice

aro-ling-shrine

All sense fields are employed and the ceremony is an opportunity to let go of all neurotic patterning. Practitioners take this opportunity to arise in the moment as the yidam – to renew all vows and realise one’s beginningless enlightened nature in the company of fellow practitioners. During tsog khorlo every practitioner fully experiences one another as enlightened beings and delights in that experience. If you are interested in particpating in the tsok feast but have never attended one before we reccommend you attend the teachings before the ceremony.
