In-person only

Tsog’khorlo is a celebratory practice where participants share food and engage in viewing one another with pure vision, as realised beings. It is an opportunity for renewal, to let go of wrong views and prejudice, and to repair vow breakage.
This practice is open to practitioners within the Aro gTér Lineage, and those with experience of the Nyingma gö-kar-chang-lo. Please contact us if you wish to take part in this practice but are not a regular attendee of Aro Ling Cardiff’s meetings.
