Transforming Emotions - a day of teachings (10.00-16.00)

Conflicted emotions, if indulged, consolidate neurotic patterning. Such emotions can then become the cause of harming others. They move us away from openness and kindness, and towards self-centred protectiveness. Vajrayana, as the path of transformation, offers methods of liberating conflicted emotions into non-dual beginningless enlightenment.
Ngakma Nor’dzin and Ngakpa ’ö-Dzin will teach about the colour and element system of Vajrayana concerned with transforming emotions.
Ngakma Nor’dzin and Ngakpa ’ö-Dzin are a teaching couple of the Aro gTér Lineage. The day will include periods of meditation practice, and teachings.
Refreshments will be provided for the morning tea break. Please bring a packed lunch.
10am to 4pm Saturday 4th February 2017.
