Class

aro-ling-shrine

Ling Gésar is the legendary and supernatural enlightened warrior-king of early Tibet. He symbolises victory over aggression and is the epitome of spiritual warriorship in the Vajrayana tradition.

During these weekly classes we will explore some of the physical yogic practices from the Ling Gésar tradition. Some of the practices taught are the 25 sPrul’khor exercises, walking and standing meditations and various forms from the Gar-tak martial art, including sword and knife forms.

This class will be taught by Naomi a.k.a. Pema
