sKu-mNye (Tibetan Yoga ), which means massage of the subtle body, is the major system of physical practice within the Aro tradition. The practice of sKu-mNye can greatly enhance a daily schedule of meditation. Other benefits include increased joint mobility and overall fitness, vigour and vitality.

Classes have the following structure;

7.00 to 7.20 beginners introduction

Beginners and inter mediates start practice at 7.30.

8.30 to 9.00 is for intermediates only, with time for more difficult exercises, fine tuning of other exercises and requests.

Monday evenings 7.00 to 9.00 pm
