Class with Nor’dzin Pamo

aro-ling-shrine

Aro sKu-mNyé (Kum Nye) is a system of physical exercises. These exercises ‘massage’ the ‘spatial nerves’ of the energetic body – giving rise to extraordinary sensations. In these nyams it is possible to find the presence of non-dual awareness or momentary enlightenment.

The exercises are entirely unlike any other system of movement or exercise. They do not resemble yoga, dance, T’ai Ch’i, or martial arts. They range from gentle to demanding which makes sKu-mNyé accessible to a great many people with various levels of ability and fitness.

Ngakma Nor'dzin is both an experienced sKu-mNyé practitioner and instructor.

sKu-mNyé is generally practiced barefoot wearing unrestrictive clothing suitable for movement.
