Weekend event with Ngak’chang Rinpoche & Khandro Déchen

aro-ling-shrine

Ngak’chang Rinpoche and Khandro Déchen speak of their Root Teacher Kyabjé Künzang Dorje Rinpoche, who passed away in September 2010.

These teachings will be based around readings from Ngak’chang Rinpoche’s upcoming book, Wisdom Eccentrics. Künzang Dorje Rinpoche was known as a wrathful Lama, and these teachings will provide an intimate insight into the meaning of the widely misunderstood concept of vajra-rage or wrathful compassion. Ngak’chang Rinpoche will address this subject from the perspective of the four Buddhakarmas, in order to illustrate the rôle of the vajra master according to each:

enrichment, pacification, magnetization, and destruction.
