Ngakma Nor'dzin & Ngakpa 'ö-Dzin explore the fundamental practices of Vajrayana Buddhism – the path of transformation. This seminar is an introduction to the practices of the Cardiff Vajrayana Buddhist Group, which will reconvene on 3rd February, thereafter meeting on the first Sunday of every month from 10 – 11:30. As well as teaching the practices of shi-nè meditation and yogic song, Ngakma Nor'dzin & Ngakpa 'ö-Dzin will discuss the opportunity our emotions present as the path to the discovery of equanimity, clarity, warmth, freedom and awareness.
