The Path of Transformation
establishing Buddhist practice as a way of life
Retreat with Nor’dzin Pamo & ’ö-Dzin Tridral
UK In-person only
The practices of Vajrayana - the path of transformation - are especially suited to people living ordinary everyday lives. Vajrayana teaches us how to be kinder and happier people, how to appreciate our life's circumstances, and how to make our ordinary experience the source of discovering realisation.
Ngala Nor'dzin and Ngala 'ö-Dzin will teach the essential practices of the Aro Lineage and explain how to establish a daily practice. They will talk about appreciation and insight as the basis for transforming ordinary experience into realised experience.
Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd June 2008
Teachings start at 7.30 pm Friday, and at 10.15 am on Saturday and Sunday. There will be an hour of meditation on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9 am, combining silent sitting meditation and yogic song. Lunch and Dinner will be provided on Saturday. There will also be an Empowerment on Saturday evening.
