The nine Bardos and the Dream Yoga of Aro gTér
The Nine Bardos of the Aro gTér are nine different spaces and methods of practice that describe the process of death, the intermediate state, and rebirth, and the different experiential mind states we experience during our lifetime.
Dream Yoga is a practice which combines three of the nine bardos in a method for developing unbroken awareness in waking life and in dreams and sleep.
Saturday evening: Mélong transmission.
A Dzogchen transmission only given by the female Aro lamas.
