The Aro Cardiff Meetup gathers fortnightly for practice and study.
The meetings begin and end with a short period of yogic song and meditation, with the study of a Buddhist book taking up the main part of the session.
The book chosen for study for March 2010 is Rays of the Sun by Ngakpa Chögyam (published by Aro Books worldwide in January 2010).

There is no charge for the meetings, though donations are always welcome and help further the work of Sang-ngak-chö-dzong (Charity no: 1019886), the Buddhist charity that supports the Aro Cardiff Meetup.
