The Aro teaching of the Nine Bardos explores discontinuous experiences such as birth and death, waking and sleeping, meditation and action, remembering and experiencing.
Ngala Nor'dzin and Ngala 'ö-Dzin speak about the nine spaces of being and the possibility of abandoning the illusion of our own continuity and discontinuity through time.
The day will be interspersed with periods of meditation practice and yogic song, with ample opportunities to ask questions.
Transmission will also be given for the practice of Dream Yoga.
