Lama She-zer and Ngakma Lekyi will look at what relevance Buddhism has for everyday living. Can the Buddha’s teachings actually make sense for modern working family life? Over the two sessions they will look at what it means to be a Buddhist and how the basic Buddhist teachings can help us live happier, more satisfying lives.
