Sky Weaving Workshop - the practice of Namkha

This is a one day event covering the Tantric practice of Sky Weaving, or in Tibetan, Namkha

This is an event for Friends of Sang-ngak-cho-dzong. A good understanding of the teaching on the five elements is a prerequisite to attend the course. Therefore it is necessary to have either attended a course, retreat or talk on the practice of 'embracing the emotions as the path', or to have read 'Spectrum of Ecstacy'.
