Yogic songs function through our essential energy to re-establish our innate vitality. As well as being a joyful part of a rich tradition, singing is an advanced yogic technique which uses the breath to galvanise the subtle body.

Lama Shardröl Du-nyam Wangmo is based in New York, she was ordained in 1993 and has been teaching as a Lama since 1997. She teaches with a natural unpretentious humility that invites people into the space of her generous and whimsical presence. She has a unique sense of humour – combining a remarkably subtle intellect with street-wise non-intellectual directness. . Particularly prominent in her broad range of teaching are yogic song and the dimension of Dzogchen which clarifies the nature of perception.
