‘Roaring Silence,’ Meditation in context.
Get that insane ape off your back –IV
Class with Rin’dzin Pamo
UK In-person only
The last of four experiential evening classes in meditation techniques that produce profound insights into the nature of Mind. Guided instruction for an ongoing, life-changing practice that frees us from the domination of our own neuroses.
How relevant is meditation to your daily life? How can you integrate the presence of awareness gained through practice into the busy chaos of ordinary existence? Will it actually help with life's problems, at the end of the day? The Dzogchen view, that we are all begininglessly enlightened, provides the context for meditation to become an integral part of your every day experience.
All classes include handouts on the techniques covered and information about further resources to help you with your meditation practice.
