Class with Mé-tsal Wangmo, Shé-zér Khandro & Namgyal Dorje

This seven week course is intended for those who have never meditated before, or those who wish to explore the meditation practices of the Buddhist Dzogchen tradition.

You will be introduced to meditation techniques that form the basis for discovery of profound insights into the nature of Mind. In addition to the practice itself, you will be introduced to a series of supports that will help you cope with states of animation, agitation and dullness that you may encounter.

Each session includes written material you can take away and utilise in your personal practice, including descriptions of each of the practices and associated supports you will be taught throughout the course.
