Class with Sang-gyé A-tsal

Most of these exercises are performed standing. A visualisation is focused upon, from which breath arises and then movement.

We are intrinsically linked to what we like to classify as the outer world, the other, separate from us.

However, we can derive great energy and inspiration from this world when we realise the communication that is possible.

These yogas help to blur the false wall we have erected and offer an insight into a myriad of possibilities. They are most helpful to the practice of silent sitting.

People experience increased joy, health, vitality and peace.

Physical benefits:

The longer I teach these forms, the more physical benefits I discover amongst those are:

Improved proprioception, bone density, core strength, balance, joint, lymph and heart health, stamina and strength and best of all, free and relax the mind.

Regular, guided practise can result in a renewed sense of vitality and energy.

Ying'khor particularly helps us discover the true strength of our centre. We realise we can move with much less effort than we imagine.

Most Tuesdays at 6:15pm British Summer Time - dates listed on events.
