Class with Namgyal Dorje & Shé-zér Khandro

This Autumn we are holding a series of seven evening teachings in Central Bristol. This is a complete course, and each evening of teaching and practice will be led by qualified ordained members of the Aro Tradition.

You will be introduced to meditation techniques that form the basis for discovery of profound insights into the nature of Mind. In addition to the practice itself, you will be introduced to a series of supports that will help you cope with states of animation, agitation and dullness that you may encounter. Each session includes written material you can take away and utilise in your personal practice, including descriptions of each of the practices and associated supports you will be taught throughout the course.

Session 1 Sky & Mind - why meditate?
Session 2 Thoughts & Clouds - meditation with form
Session 3 Presence & Awareness - what we are starting to learn
Session 4 Flight - meditation isn't, getting used to is
Session 5 Journey into Vastness - meditation without form
Session 6 Beyond Emptiness Part I - physical supports
Session 7 Beyond Emptiness Part II - a myriad of methods
