Practice in the Aro Tradition
Meditation group

Come practice with ordained yogis and yoginis of the Aro Nyingma tradition. In each practice session we will provide instruction and explanation of the method of practice for that session, opportunity for you to have direct experience of it, and a following 'question and answer' discussion period.
The group will meet on the last Sunday of every month.
For everyone, 'enlightenment is potentially available.'
