How can we expand and enhance our awareness of the sense-fields? Ngakpa 'ö-Dzin has been a practitioner of meditation for more than 30 years, but only in recent years became interested in photography. He has discovered that the practice of taking a photograph every day has changed his relationship with his view of his environment. He will talk about the value of daily practice and opening the visionary sense-field. These Saturday sampler sessions start at the beginning of May 2014 and run through till July. Each one runs from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Supervised children welcome and most of the sessions are suitable for them to enjoy joining in. Do come along and find out about a variety of subjects.
