Come and join us for a full day of talks and demonstrations exploring the colourful world of vajrayana Buddhism. There will be the opportunity to have a go at many of the practices. What’s on offer will include things such as:

• Ling Gesar martial art – sword form
• Aro Element Pulse Diagnosis
