Lamas Nor'dzin and 'ö-Dzin will explore the variety of practices which use sound. They will teach on practices using the voice such as mantra recitation and song, and also explore the rich dimension of sound that can be created by the Tibetan ritual instruments. The Aro songs function through essential energy to re-establish our innate vitality.
