Meditation group

We celebrate Tsog on the last Tuesday of most months. We begin at 7:30 and usually end around 10pm. Tsog Khorlo literally means 'assemblage of accumulated offerings,' and is a celebration of our own enlightened nature. Offerings of exquisite food for the assembled group are welcome.

On the second Tuesday of most months, the Bay Area Aro Tér community meets to offer an introduction to the Aro Lineage and its unique perspective and practices. On most Tuesdays other than the second and last, we meet to practice silent sitting meditation, yogic song, and for instruction on the view and practices of Vajrayana Buddhism.

Please check this schedule to confirm practice dates; please email for directions.
