Meditation group with Nor’dzin Pamo & ’ö-Dzin Tridral

Short periods of silent meditation, interspersed with Yogic Song. Yogic Song is employed to support the practice of silent meditation. It is used as inspiration, as a focus, and also in particular ways to help overcome difficulties in meditation, such as distraction, emotional turbulence, and dullness or sleepiness.

Meditation cushions, and chairs are provided for your comfort, and song sheets and instruments are available.
