A Tibetan Lunar New Year Festival in honour of Kyabjé Künzang Dorje Rinpoche and Jomo Sam’phel Déchen.
Künzang Dorje Rinpoche and Jomo Sam’phel made a practice of wearing the lay-costume of their birth regions in Tibet at Losar and likewise performing the dances from those regions. The incorporation of the secular world is important in terms of honouring the cultural heritage of the world region which was the birthplace of our Nyingma Lineage. This will be an occasion devoted to the Arts: culinary, musical, sartorial, and choreographic. Details to be announced later.
