We gather most Tuesday evenings to learn and practice meditation.
Each session is suitable for complete beginners, as meditation instruction will be given to newcomers. Meditators with many years of experience also attend regularly.
Each meeting includes a brief talk, periods of meditation practice, and time for questions, answers, and discussion.
