This 6 week evening course covers the teachings and practices of four important Tibetan Buddhist yoginis including Yeshé Tsogyel and Aro Lingma. It will illustrate the essential aspects of inner tantra from the lives of enlightened women of previous centuries and their luminous visionary descendants. The teachings contained within their extraordinary lives are practical and profound.
Teachings will include silent sitting meditation, yogic song, the role of symbolism in our lives and mantra and visualisation.
