Naljorma Yé-zér and Naljorpa Drüp-nyé will give an introduction to the Thangtong Thugthig – a body of teachings and practices in the Aro gTér tradition which includes the practices of Natural Heroism and Natural Dignity and three series of psychophysical practices: ying’khor, sPrul’khor and thob’khor.
They will explain what these practices are and who currently teaches them. They will also speak about the practices of Dra-pön (dGra dPon) and Kha-pön (mKha dPon), which have been their focus in this gTérma.
