Tibetan Yoga sKu-mNye, which means massage of the subtle body, is the major system of physical practice within the Aro tradition. The practice of sKu-mNye can greatly enhance a daily schedule of meditation. Other benefits include increased joint mobility and overall fitness, vigour and vitality.

This six week course is suitable for beginners.
