Ngakma Shardröl will talk about the non-monastic Buddhist tradition and transforming everyday life experience as the substance of practice. There will also be introduction to the upcoming weekend course on chöd practice hosted at the Gar Tak Center. After a tea break, time will be made for questions and answers.
